Perfect for the most extreme outdoor conditions, aluminum signs are more costly than coroplast, but a worthy investment as they will not rot, crack or warp, and can last for up to 10 years or more. You basically have two choices of aluminum signage from Acme Signs: Ready made blanks or Aluminum Panels that we cut down to the size you need.

READY MADE BLANKS

Already sized white enamel coated with Rounded Corners. Our blank aluminum street signs are a strong aluminum metal material with a baked on white enamel finish and are extremely durable in any type of high traffic surroundings.

ALUPANEL SIGNS

We also cut down 4'x8' sheets of AluPanel, (aka Alumicore, Dibond, etc.) to make both large and small custom sized signs. It is ideal for business signs, advertisements, and long term construction sites. It is both light weight and strong. It will dent easier than our premade small signs, but the dents will not be as severe, since the sandwiched corrugated plastic acts as a cushion.

This material has now substituted wood signs for us, because we don't need to prepare them with paint, etc. The cost of getting a sign made of wood costs more now and takes longer to prepare.

PRICES ARE CALCULATED FOR SINGLE SIDED STANDARD 3MM THICK ALUPANEL PRINTED IN FULL COLOUR. IF 2ND SIDE IS REQUIRED, ADD 65% TO THE TOTAL. MAXIMUM SIZE IS 48"x96".

FOR AN ADDED SURCHARGE, METAL IS AVAILABLE INSTEAD OF ALUMINUM IF YOU NEED MORE STRENGTH OR MAGNETIC ABILITIES ARE REQUIRED.
