COROPLAST SIGNS
Coroplast is tough, waterproof, corrugated plastic sign material which resembles the appearance of plastic cardboard. The hollow-fluted design of Coroplast makes this sign material extremely lightweight, easy to handle and display in a number of ways. Corrugated plastic signs are not as flexible as banner material or as rigid as solid plastic sheets. Although custom corrugated plastic signs are commonly used outdoors, high winds can damage the corrugated sign material. Corrugated plastic signs are intended for both interior signs and short term outdoor signs. ALUMINUM & WOOD SIGNS
Aluminum is a metal material with a baked on white enamel finish and are extremely durable in high traffic, wet and heavy equipment areas. Aluminum is a lightweight and highly durable alternative to wood or plastic signage for outdoor purposes. Although it can be more expensive than coroplast, it is a worthy investment as it will not rot, crack or warp, and can last for up to 10 years or more. We also use large 4'x8' sheets of ePanel to make both large and small signs. This material is plastic in the middle, while both sides of the sheet are covered in aluminum (also available in many colours at a slightly higher cost) This material has now substituted wood signs for us, as we don't need to prepare them with paint, etc. The cost of getting a sign made of wood will cost just as much now.
